Dr. AshLee Lamb
Educator, Researcher, Leader
Welcome!
Dr. Lamb is an energetic educator currently serving as a school Dean and as an SAO regional expert. Dr. Lamb is also an adjunct professor and loves her time with aspiring teachers. She has extensive experience teaching; ranging from PreK - 10th grades (even a few mixed grades) in reading, math, and stem. Dr. Lamb completed her dissertation on elementary principals, transformational leadership, and teacher self-efficacy and has plans to continue to further this research. On a personal note, Dr. Lamb has four children and a very supportive husband. She is a lover of education, books, and all things techy!

Elementary Principals' Transformational Leadership and Teacher Self-Efficacy
2020
A mixed-methods research study that illuminates the impact of transformational leadership on teacher self-efficacy. Describes the differences in self-efficacy between schools with and without transformational leaders.

2012 - 2015
Published ELA, Math and Science integrated lesson plans onto the CPALMS website. All lesson plans were reviewed, approved, and published by multiple state level employees to ensure strong alignment to state standards.

Math Curriculum
2012
Final Masters thesis project to create a complete third grade math curriculum provided to partner schools in Africa. Each lesson included materials, teacher guide, workbook, and assessments. All work evaluated by multiple entities to ensure proper development and alignment.
